Happy Holidays

These are a couple of cards I’ve been making over the past few days. I am doing another of my classes tommorrow night – Happy Holidays is the title of this one. I am so enjoying doing these classes. It has made me really up my game so to speak. I feel that if I’m charging people for my time and ideas, they ought to be blimmin worth it!! I finished my last design of this batch this morning (I do six cards per class) so will post it later when I get a chance.

Congrats to my cousin Diane.

On the safe arrival of your new baby girl, Tyler. My Aunty Helen (Dianes mum)died very suddenly earlier this year just weeks after Diane found out she was pregnant (after a very long struggle to conceive) so I’m sure she looking down from heaven over them. Helen was a brilliant card maker too and I often think about the fact that I’ll never get to see another of her lovely creations. Diane, congratulations to you and Rob and Jamie too. I’m sending you lots of hugs for your little angel.

Another version of the wedding garland.

I have been playing about with the wedding garland card and came up with this slight variation. It is quite hard to see on the photo but I backed the punched edge with silver mirri card and added loads of gems. It looks really glitzy in real life.
