Glitter Me Silly

I have been lurking around the 2S4U blog for AGES mustering up the courage to try one of the sketches. For some reason I find them a little daunting. I think the standard of the DT samples and the entries is so high that I fear mine will look naff next to them! Anyhoo, I gave myself a slap and reminded myself that this was about having “fun” and sat down and made this tonight. I just got the new Sweet Stack and whilst wondering what to make got inspired by the gorgeous fruity papers. The fact that they’re all glittery helps! As with my Geisha card, I’m unsure of my sentiment and hope you all get it!!

The apple is cut on the cricut at 31/2 “and is on the Home Accents cart. I’ve used two shades of Bazzil Bling and almost had a palpitation when I cut into it!!

Right, off to watch Pushing Daisies. Night night.

Wow, this day just gets better and better. I just went over to the Sketch Saturday blog to print off this weeks sketch, not really thinking about last weeks, when I scrolled down and saw my name!! I only went and won last weeks challenge!! I must have done something recently, maybe I passed on one of those emails that promises you a month of good luck or something but this is just not normal for me. I hardly ever win anything and this is the sixth win I’ve had in the last 4 weeks!! I am definitley buying a couple of lottery tickets tonight! If I win, there’ll be the biggest blog candy in the history of blog candies appearing here very shortly!!! lol.

The uber-amazing Kazan Clark who runs 2 Sketches 4 You with Laura Davis and has her own blog, Nunu Toolies – if you haven’t yet discovered either of these two sites then don’t wait a minute longer – was giving away this fantastic bundle of goodies as a celebration of the first year of her blog. Anyhoo, I was picked! I am so chuffed. What a great start to the weekend!
