Hi all and welcome to another week on the Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. Thank you for joining us for the Make It Masculine Challenge and we hope you will all join us again this week too.

Fur or Feathers

We are showcasing Spellbinders Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I know I don’t pay much attention to the season going on outside my window so hear I am with a Halloween card just so I stay consistent!!!

I created a background panel using Flickering Candle and Jack o’Lantern Distress Mica Sprays. When dry, I stamped the spiders web and sentiment from the Tim Holtz Boo Crazy Stamp Set onto the panel.

I die cut two of the Ghostie pups from the Spellbinders Woof-or-Treat Die collection and adhered them onto the card front. I love those wee guys!!

Make It Masculine

We are showcasing Tim Holtz Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used.

I love the Vault Atomic Retro die set Tim released a few months ago. It’s the perfect set for masculine cards.

I die cut all the pieces from the set I wanted to use and assembled the tv. I used the Simon Says Stamp Honeycomb stencil and blended some yellow ink to create a subtle background. The Happy Birthday sentiment from Simon Says Stamp “One For The Books” stamp set fit perfectly inside the tv and also matches the retro vibe too|!

The latest release from Simon Says Stamp “Moments in Time” has so many amazing new products you’ll be spoilt for choice.

One of the stunning new designs is the Floral Bunches Embossing Folder. I used it on this card and added colour to the embossed areas using Distress Watercolour Pencils. The sentiment is one of my favourites – The CZ Design Happy Combos stamps and dies.

This next card uses a similar technique to the first but with Copics. The sentiment is the gorgeous new Giggle Hello die.

My third card features a stencilled background I created by blending ink onto a white card panel using the Honeycomb Stencil. The flowers are made using the Tattered Daisy Die coloured with distress ink and is finished off with the Giggle Hello die as a sentiment.

And I have one more card to share using the cute Birthday Dragons Stamps and Swiss Dots Background Stamp. I coloured the dragons with Copics then fussy cut them and arranged them on a dotty background.
