Happily Ever After

I’m here with a simple little wedding card made with the new Happily Ever After stamp set from Clearly Besotted.  This set has a great little cake that you can decorate with lots of little elements from within the set – sweet  or what?

{Happily Ever After}
I have the MOST exciting weekend ahead of me – I am going to see my all-time heroine (and namesake of my first born girl-baby) Olivia Newton-John!!!  I know – AWESOME is not the word.  Also, me and my twin sis are going to be tearing up the streets of Manchester for a girlie weekend – can’t wait!
This is how I SOOO wanted to look when I was young!!

CASE Study challenge – couldn’t resist!

When I saw that Julie Ebersol was the latest muse over at Case Study challenge blog I just had to play along.  Julie is just so inspiring and is one of my favourite places to visit right now!  If you’ve ever watched one of her video’s you’ll know what I mean when I say her chuckle is infectious!!

Anyhoo, here is my take on her card.  I used the With Love set from Clearly Besotted and coloured the card in with ProMarkers after embossing the outline image in white.  The sentiment is from one of the latest sets to be released – Many Thanks (LOVE this set!!). I love the effect of colouring on a Kraft base – the colours just pop!

{Thankful}

Here is the original card – I didn’t mess too much with the design and my card isn’t a patch on Julie’s!

This was the first time I’ve ever joined in with this challenge (I always mean to but there are just never enough hours in the day!!).  It was great fun so I hope I find the time again!!

Grateful? Yes I am!!

Been having fun again with the latest release of stamps from Clearly Besotted.  This time I’ve used “Just A Note” and “Many Thanks” – two very versatile and incredibly useful sets. They’re selling out fast though so pop over to the shop before they’re gone and you have to wait for a restock!!

{Gratitude}

Hope you’re having a fab weekend wherever you are.  I’m taking my daughter and her friend to the cinema tonight to see Oz – looks amazing!  Mum has two of them for a sleepover and hubby and the remaining two are still enjoying a cheeky skiing holiday in Andorra!!  The house seems very quiet with just Olivia and her pal tonight!

Thanks for stopping by,
