A new challenge at APFP – touchy-feely!

Hello – Fridays are GRRRREAT aren’t they?  I have a total Friday-feeling today – it’s been a LOOONG week at the office!!  Hence I am sharing my card for the latest challenge over at A Passion For Papertrey just a wee bit late!

The challenge this time is get some texture onto your card – it’s time to get all touchy-feely!  My card is really CAS this time but LOOK at the gold glitter – yay for glitter!!

Other: Jute bag (cut up!!), gold glitter (local art shop), glossy accents

I’m busy preparing to move my blog over to a new WordPress site (on a very steep learning curve at the moment) and am planning a bit of a giveaway sometime in the near future – stay tuned, lol!!

Ship Ahoy!

Ok, I know I may appear fixated on this colour scheme at the moment but I am just LOVING these shades right now!!!

This card features some more Clearly Besotted gorgeousness – Ahoy Matey and the new Basic Banners set.  I love this little pirate ship, the extra wee images (like the skull and cross bones and anchor) are so cute too.

More Fancy Feathers

Here’s another card made with the Fancy Feathers set from Clearly Besotted (available NOW  – of the newest release sets, I predict this one will sell out first!!)

A colleague of mine believes she has a guardian angel guiding her through life and often finds little white feathers in the strangest of places!  This card is for her birthday which is in a couple of weeks – I couldn’t have hoped for a better image for her!!

I have a bit of a thing for aqua and green colours at the moment!  Maybe it’s the hint of Spring that has appeared over the last few days now that most of the snow has melted!!
