Avery Elle: #Smile!

Hello there!  Today I’m sharing a card made with the amazing #SMILE stamp set from Avery Elle.  I LOVE this set – the camera is a great size for all kinds of techniques (I loved using it with the paper piecing technique HERE).  Today I’ve just gone with a wee bit of Copic colouring and some perfectly placed Glossy Accents and kept it simple.  The fabulous Avery Elle cardstock strips give it a bold lift of colour too.

Smile 1I love the trendy # sentiments and I think this set is great for the younger generation (so I gave it to my niece on her 13th birthday!!).

I had the great pleasure of playing with the Mini Perfect Layers rulers and I must say – I LOVE them!  They are a handy size for card makers to.  I used them to create my mats for may card below.

Have you tried the new Avery Elle paper pads too?  I used them to paper piece my camera from #Smile – they are such a delight to use and co-ordinate with the ink and card colours too – RESULT!!!

Sweet Rose – Clearly Besotted Stamps.

Hello, back today with another little glimpse at the new release from Clearly Besotted Stamps which will be available to purchase on 5th July at 10 pm BST.  The set I’m featuring today has is a beautiful floral set called Sweet Rose.  There are both solid and outline images so whether you like to colour with Copics, watercolours etc, or you like to go for solid stamping techniques, this has something for everyone!!  Today’s card is stamped in London Fog Memento ink and coloured with Copics.
