Glitter Me Silly

The challenge this week at A Spoonful of Sugar is Weddings. There are some really beautiful DT cards for inspiration on the blog so hop over for a mooch. I have used a stamp by Fun Stamps that has been gathering dust for centuries in my cupboard. I almost for got I had it to be truthful. I have added just a bit of colour with my Promarkers and glamour dusted it here and there. The gorgeous paper is from the Sweet Stack by DCWV – I will be so sad when I use it all up! This is pretty plain compared to what I’ve been doing of late but sometimes it’s nice to do something a bit different!

There is a GORGEOUS colour combo for the challenge this week over at Passion For Promarkers – Lemon and Meadow Green. I really enjoyed making my card for this challenge, the colours go so well together. I just got this gorgeous WOJ stamp and I just LOVE her, Elizabeth Bell images are just a dream to colour. The papers are from K&Co from a QVC kit (I’m getting it used – slowly!)

Promarkers used: Lemon, canary, gold, meadow green, apple, Cocoa, cinnamon, henna, raw sienna, saffron, berry red and ruby.

Happy Monday everyone – hope you had a fun and joyful weekend. We had a pretty lazy one here – weather was a bit pants so we just pottered around doing a few wee jobs and I even tidied my craft space!! Yes, I am a little more organised than I was 24 hours ago. After being publicly humiliated by my pathetic attempt at Promarker storage (seems my empty chocolate box does not really qualify as a “storage solution” ) I have re-homed them in a series of plastic take-away tubs into their own little colour families! At least now I will be able to locate them a bit easier!

Ok, onto the card. We have a great sketch to follow this week over at Cupcake Crafts and a fabulous sponsor, Sandra Dry Designs.

The DT were allowed to choose one of Sandra’s fabby digi stamps with which to create our card and I chose “Rosabella Wish”. The papers are from K&Co and I’ve coloured her with my impeccably organised Promarkers. The other DTers have made some gorgeous cards as always so I hope you get a chance to have a look.
