Glitter Me Silly

Hey there – I’m back with a look at another of the gorgeous new sets coming from Clearly Besotted this month.  This one is called Keep In Touch and has some fabulous, modern images including this gorgeous typrewriter.  I added some colour with some Copics and them covered it in glossy accents to give it the look of an old, cream, enamel effect.

I am slightly obsessed with the the new Avery Elle paper pads (the diagonal striped patterns in particular) and also with making these little 4-0bar cards – they are definitely my favourite size at the moment!

I’m back with another little glimpse at one of the new sets being released this month at Clearly Besotted.  This is a cute little set called Best Dad – and is perfect for little boy’s birthdays, Father’s Day etc.

I started with a 4-bar sized card base and cut a piece of striped paper from the Avery Elle neutrals paper pad and used a circle die to create and aperture.  I stamped, cut and coloured the little sailboat from the set and also used the wave border die to make a little scene!  The sentiment is stamped in Aquamarine ink from Avery Elle I finished with a little bit of twine to keep in with the nautical feel!
