We are showcasing our very own Simon Says Stamp Products this week. You don’t have to use them to join in but if you have some we would love to see them used

A couple of months ago, a friend of mine asked me if I’d make her a few cards for a few different events she had coming up. One of them was her daughter Imogen’s First Holy Communion. Imogen is quite a girly girl so I thought lots of glitter and shine would be right up her street. I printed what I wanted for the front of the card onto a panel of white card using my laser printer then ran it through the Minc machine with silver foil. I created a square card base and put an overlay on it using foiled acetate from We R Memory Keepers (love this product). To finish I cut a strip of glitter card and also die cut a bow using the Perfect Bow die from Simon Says Stamp and added a little diamond cross to the centre.

Avery Elle … North Pole Pals and Elf-tacular

I’m sharing a couple of cards using the fabulous Elf-tacular and North Pole Pals stamp sets from the brand new Fall release from Avery Elle. Heather designed both of these sets and I think they’re so fun for Christmas. The first card also features a brilliant new die, Postage Stamp Elle-ments. I LOVE this and I think I’ll be using it LOADS.

Well I’m well and truly in the swing of it with Christmas – I KNOW it’s only August but with all the new releases from my favourite companies showing up, it’s hard to not start getting that festive feeling! Today’s card is a crisp and clean Christmas card using some fantastic Memory Box designs. The actual Merry Christmas die I used is not currently available at Simon Says Stamp but I have linked to another gorgeous, similar one below. I love this border die too – it’s Country Landscape and with just a touch of added sparkle it makes a quick and simple card that looks so festive!
