Hi and welcome to the Avery Elle Spring 2017 Release Blog Hop. You should’ve hopped here from Karolyn’s blog but if you’re lost and want to start at the beginning then you need to pop on over to the Avery Elle blog.

I am thrilled to be sharing a couple of cards today made using Shine Bright from the release. This is another of my own designs and I’m so pleased with how it turned out – I love anything to do with the ocean.

I kept the first card very simple as I wanted to keep the lighthouse as a standalone focal point. The Rocky Shores dies from the last release are a perfect partner for this set and together they create a great shoreline landscape.

For the second card I created a Distress Ink blended background for my lighthouse to sit in front of. This set is also ideal for using with the Chibi-tronics kits too!

Yay – it’s here! The brand new release from Avery Elle for Winter 2016. There’s so much cuteness and love spread amongst there’s new sets I think there’ll be something to suit everyone’s style. And if there was ever a time we needed to spread some love, now is it!

I created a simple card using the Hedgehugs and Favorite Person sets – love that amazing font combination. I love how theses cute little hedgehogs look like they need a wee cuddle themselves – awww!

Avery Elle / Chibi Tronics Blog Hop

Avery Elle and Chibitronics are pairing up for a fun collaboration today. Chibitronics has products that we can use to easily illuminate our cards, paper crafts, textiles, and more. They are so cool! Be sure to check out their website for videos, tutorials, examples and templates.

You should have arrived here from the awesome blog of Karolyn Loncon – I bet you LOVED her amazing card! I have another cool, interactive card to share with you and MAN was it fun to make! I’m not going to lie, when I first saw the Chibi Tronics box I was nervous (I spent most of my Physics lessons at school crying in the back row praying it would all be over soon)!! I needn’t have been worried – these kits are super easy to use and when that little light goes on it’s so exciting! I brought together a few stamp and die sets to create this card (listed below). I thought the little bobble on the end of the cat’s hat would be the idea place for a light to go. Fun or WHAT??!
