Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Moments Release Blog Hop Day 1

Hello! I’m so thrilled to be sharing some cards I created using the fabulous products available in the Simon Says Stamp Beautiful Moments Release. I was so inspired when I received the package of goodies and created 5 springtime cards using a variety of techniques.

The first two cards feature one of the new embossing folders Playful Lambs. I LOVE this folder and it’s co-ordinating die – it has such a nostalgic feel to it. On both of these cards I added greenery using the Simon Says Stamp Autumn Arrangement Dies (not just for Fall) and my go-to die set – Pretty Bows.

I added a sentiment using the Giggle Hello Die on a Stitched Oval die cut and finished it off with a green pearl embellishment.

This next card features a die cut lamb from the Playful Lambs Embossing Folder with the beautiful Groovy Daisies Stencil. I die cut a Stitched Oval and made a mat layer using both the A2 Scalloped Rectangle Dies and A2 Rectangle Dies.

I have another spring themed card next using the fabulous Flourish Rabbit Die with the Groovy Daisies Stencil. I coloured the stencil using pink, lilac and aqua inks and then die cut the panel using the A2 Arches Dies and a mat. I die cut the rabbit then added tiny rhinestones along the details and in the ear. I finished it off with a sentiment using the EZ Strips Birthday foiled with purple foil.

My last card to share is a classic Saint Paddy’s day card using a fun stamp set – Print Making Clover.

I stamped the clover pattern using the three stamps from the set and then die cut it using A2 Arches dies to create a panel. I made mats using A2 Rectangles and A2 Scalloped Rectangles from shades of green card and then finished it off by stamping the Happy St Patrick’s Day from the stamp set and adding a Pretty Bow.
