An award from Abi – thank you hun!

Abi, who has a beautiful blog called Cornwall Crafty Stampers has given me this gorgeous award – I’m so flattered. Her cards and creations are stunning so please go and have a look at them for yourself. Abi, you are a darling, thank you.

I am now passing this award on to some fellow crafters who are just so talented and inspiring and whose blogs give me so much pleasure. I think it’s supposed to only be 5 but I’ve slipped an extra one in – don’t tell! They are:

If you haven’t seen these ladies’ work before I urge you to go and look – you’ll be amazed. Thanks girls for sharing your wonderful talents with the rest of us.

The Sugar Bowl Challenge.

Right, now that I have “read and understood the rules” I think I have a card that qualifies for this challenge – i.e a Sugar Nellie image!! I had a spot of bother last wek but I’ll move on (blush). Anyhoo, I have just bought this amazing stamp from Funky Kits and absolutley adore it. I have used my trusty old Marvy pens and water brush to clour her in and try as I might – I can’t NOT add glitter. The challenge is “Three” and I have used three different papers (all from Shabby Princess range by Bo Bunny) and three primas. There are three different types of embellishment too – ribbon, gems and primas.
I did the girl with blonde hair as she reminds me of my little Georgia. She has lovely long blonde hair which is usually in plaits for school. She’s also smitten by any kind of wildlife so this stamp is perfect for her.

Ok, I know it’s the unicorn again but I do love her so!! I had to do one in pink! This one is called Candy the Pinkalicious Unicorn! I have followed the sketch for this week’s challenge on the Sketch Saturday blog. The papers are alll Shabby Princess by Bo Bunny.

This card is for my Olivia for her next birthday. I am getting a bit ahead of myself mind you – it’s not till October!!!
