Glitter Me Silly

Happy Monday everyone – hope you had a fun and joyful weekend. We had a pretty lazy one here – weather was a bit pants so we just pottered around doing a few wee jobs and I even tidied my craft space!! Yes, I am a little more organised than I was 24 hours ago. After being publicly humiliated by my pathetic attempt at Promarker storage (seems my empty chocolate box does not really qualify as a “storage solution” ) I have re-homed them in a series of plastic take-away tubs into their own little colour families! At least now I will be able to locate them a bit easier!

Ok, onto the card. We have a great sketch to follow this week over at Cupcake Crafts and a fabulous sponsor, Sandra Dry Designs.

The DT were allowed to choose one of Sandra’s fabby digi stamps with which to create our card and I chose “Rosabella Wish”. The papers are from K&Co and I’ve coloured her with my impeccably organised Promarkers. The other DTers have made some gorgeous cards as always so I hope you get a chance to have a look. Just a quickie I made tonight – as it’s now after 2 in the morning I have nothing to say but GOODNIGHT!! (and sorry about the blurry picture!)

Ok, have re-done the photo in daylight!! Was a bit bleary-eyed last night after a mega-clear up sesh!!

Didn’t get to bed till after 3 am – what was I thinking? My card is done with a fab digi stamp from Digi Stamp Boutique – BBQ Jim. He’s coloured with my trusty promarkers ant the papers are the gorgeous Stampin Up “Washington Apple”.

Right, off for another coffee – if I don’t keep myself topped up with caffeine today I will probably be dead by mid-afternoon!!

It’s my second week as a GDT over at Charisma Cards and this week the challenge is to use diamonds (they don’t have to be real!!) on your card. This is right up my street as I adore all things sparkly and it gave me the perfect excuse to use these gorgeous gem snowflakes I’ve had for ages. This is my favourite of the new Miss Anya trio and for the first time ever I have attempted darker skin. I think I need more practice TBH!!

She is coloured with Promarkers and I’ve used that puffy stuff you heat! As you can probably tell I’ve forgotten what it’s called!! I have put a rub on “Merry Christmas” on there – 10 points to anyone who spots it though!!!
