Glitter Me Silly

I’ve been having a play with some of my lovely Papertrey Ink sets and have managed to get my Father’s Day cards done – without the usual “night before” rush!  Like a lot of crafters, I don’t look forward to masculine cards but these sets from PTI are fab.  The Koi and Sailboat images and sentiment are from Masculine Motifs and the background is done using the Woodgrain set with Versamark ink – I LOVE this set.  My dad keeps Koi carp and LOVES to spend his weekends going round garden centres looking at them.  As soon as I saw this set with the fish I though of him immediately. 

Right, I am enjoying a rare cup of tea before the riot of the morning routine so better get upstairs and awaken the Kracken!!!!

Wow, it’s been a while since I left it that long between posts on here!!  We’ve been on holiday over the last couple of weeks so have really fallen out of the “loop” with everyone’s blogs – sorry for being such a bad blogger and not visiting you all. 

I am back with my first card for the design team over at Gotta Craft.  Sandra generously sent us teamies a fab little package of goodies just before I went on holiday so I was ITCHING the whole time I was away to get back and play.  The gorgeous CC Designs stamp is available HERE with two of my favourite words “FREE SHIPPING”!!  (UK) and  I have coloured her with my ProMarkers.  The yummy scrummy papers are from My Minds Eye – Love Me Do collection and are also available from Gotta Craft HERE!  The only thing not from the kit is the sentiment which is from Papertrey Ink (Enjoy The Ride).  Please hop over to the store and have a look at all the other fabulous goodies on offer.

Ok, off to try and make my Father’s Day cards – if I don’t get them done tonight I’m gonna struggle!!
