When I saw that the challenge over at CAS-ual Friday this week was contrasting colours from the colour wheel I knew I had to have a go!  My all time favourite colour pairing is red and green which happen to be very contrasting and are supposed to “never be seen” (pah, what do THEY know!?).

The sun is out today so thought I’d run outside for a piccy – plus the grass on the lawn is the perfect backdrop!

Hiya!  Been checking out a few of the current challenges bobbing around blogland at the moment and couldn’t help being a bit taken with the Colour Cue challenge AND the Retro Sketch challenge.  SO, I decided to combine them both and this is what happened!  Now, I’m not 100% sure about this one tbh.  There’s something not quite right about it but if I start to faff then I’m quite likely to end up binning it and I HATE it when that happens!

I used the new Lighten Up set from PTI and the flowers on the inside panel are from Beautiful Blooms.
Right, I should probably head to bed now – unless I just do a quick catch up on True Blood ;0)
