Hey, I couldn’t resist inking this stamp up as soon it arrived – don’t you love it?  It’s from the Lotus Leaves set by Hero Arts – part of my recent little shopping spree!!  

The colours I’ve gone for on this one are aqua and orange (Aqua Mist and Summer Sunrise – PTI).  I double-inked the stamp to give the two-tone effect.  The sentiment is a Think Big Favourites stamp and I’ve run the main panel through the big shot with the linen/canvas impression plate (PTI) for a bit of extra texture!

I had so much fun with this one – I did it again – in a different colour!!

A Passion For Papertrey Wildlife Challenge

Hiya – just popping in to tell you about our new challenge at A Passion for Papertrey.  This time it’s all about wildlife so that could be anything from birds and bees to trees and elephants!!

I’ve made another acetate card using a gorgeous Besty Veldman inspired colour scheme – love these colours together and Betsy does it so well.

Fancied a bit of paper piecing with Pretty Peonies from Papertrey Ink.  I used some of the new patterned paper collection in Aqua Mist – yum.  
I am absolutely loving this set at the moment – I think it’s going to get plenty of “air time”!!
