A new challenge blog for Avery Elle!

Avery Elle have just launched a new challenge blog called AEIHEARTU (yay!) so I thought I’d join in with the first challenge which is BIRTHDAYS!  One of my favourite all-time stamp sets EVER is Avery Elle’s Bonjour – who doesn’t love a French macaron??

sweet birthdayThe splattery background is done with my new Heidi Swapp mist – thanks Debby Hughes for the enablement there, lol!!!  You can’t see how luscious it is but the sentiment and border are stamped in gold Delicata ink – swoon!!

Thanks for dropping by xxx

Case Study Challenge guestie week 3!

Good morningl.  I’m back with my third card as guest designer over at Case Study hosted by the amazing Iwona.  I’m sure it hasn’t escaped your attention but the muse providing all the inspiration this month is the gorgeous and uber-talented Danielle Flanders – LOVE!  I think of the 4 cards being featured this month, THIS week’s is my favourite – it’s so soft and pretty!  The pastel colours reminded me of babies so that’s where I went and used the wonderful new Clearly Besotted set – Special Delivery.

Case Study Challenge – more from Danielle

Hello, here with my next card for the Case Study Challenge where I’m a guest designer for the month of February – yay!  The muse this month, if you didn’t already know is Danielle Flanders (whom I adore) and here is my take on her card this week:

The thing that struck me most about Danielle’s card is the hombre background so I grabbed my Modern Borders set from Mama Elephant and got to work.  I love that effect!

Hope you get a chance to play along over at the Case Study Challenge this week.

Big hugs,
