I never get tired of this little set from Clearly Besotted – it is so easy to use and is perfect for little boys birthday cards. I actually have been meaning to make a little girl pirate ship for a while – must get round to that!!! I made this for one of my nephews who recently turned 6 (if you couldn’t guess!!).
We are off up to the Lakes this week whilst the kids are off school for half term. Hope the weather improves though – it’s meant to be summer for goodness’ sake!!!

Hey there – popping by to share the card I made for the last Cas(e) this Sketch challenge. I love a good sketch to the mojo firing! I have to say though – purple is the colour I use the LEAST but I actually am really loving it right now! This is my take on the sketch (I flipped it 90 degrees). As is often the case I didn’t get time to link it up but I enjoyed this design and will use it again!!

Woo hoo, check it out – 3 posts in one day! You’d think I had nothing better to do!! Lol! This is just a quick post before I head to bed to let you know about the brand new challenge at A Passion For Papertrey. Our theme this time around is “Inspired by Nature” so grab your flower/butterfly/leaf/animal sets and pop along to the blog to share your creation.

I took my colour cue from the current challenge at The Play Date Cafe – this happens to be one of my favourite all time colour combos – just love it!!
