Hey there.  Just dropping in to share a wee card I made whilst playing with the new September release from Clearly Besotted.  This cute little guy is from the Nuts For You set – how sweet!!  I coloured him with ProMarkers and stamped two leaves (one from Leafy Accents and one from Autumn Flowers) in a nice fall colour scheme.

The weather has certainly turned in our part of the world – time for the heating to go back on I think!!

So did you all see the new release over at Clearly Besotted??!!  Stephanie revealed the new products for September on the 5th and there are already sellouts!  If you haven’t already, go and check it out HERE!

The set I’m featuring today is A Basket Full and has a gorgeous little basket image (with die, naturally) along with 4 stunning bouquets which sit perfectly inside the opening.  They’re perfect for Copic/Promarker colouring but I’ve stamped onto some Simon Says Stamp wood veneer – for a bit of variety!!!!  I used PTI Dark Chocolate ink and there was a teeny bit of bleeding – going to try it with a Versafine ink next time and see if that makes any difference!  The banner below the image is from a new die collection that goes along with the new Tag Along stamp set – LOVE THAT SET!!

Hey there.  Today there is a new 10 Minute Craft Dash Challenge and this time Paulina has chosen a GORGEOUS colour combo.I love those colours together, don’t you?  Of course the most exciting thing about this challenge was getting to do it with a few of my fellow Clearly Besotted DT teamies (and life-long friends too Stephanie Wincott, Debby Hughes and Amy Wanford) on our get-together at CBS Headquarters (Steph’s house!) at the weekend.  We had such a giggle and recorded it for prosperity (see our video below).  Sadly, my camera had a hissy fit after about 7 minutes so you don’t see us finishing the challenge but it got pretty tense towards the end!  We did all finish it in the time though (although it took me to EXACTLY 10 minutes!).  We did manage a second challenge which you can see in 2 weeks time and this time (with a different camera!) we did get it all on film!

So anyway, here is the card I made – simple eh?  How did it take me so long??
