Getting my glitter on!!

Hello – today I’m over on the Taylored Expressions Blog sharing a card using one of the BEST.THINGS.EVER…. GLITTER!  My blog isn’t called Glitter Me Silly for nothing you know – I totally LOVE it!!  I bought a great set of neon glitters from TK Maxx (one of those “one offs” you find buried under a pile of tea towels!!)  They’re from American Crafts and they are AMAZING!

You're on a roll 5

You're on a roll 1I stamped the roller boots from You’re On A Roll and then “coloured” them in using a fine glue nib and different colours of glitter.  The background was created using Distress Inks in Picked Raspberry and Squeezed Lemonade (my favourite combo).

Pop on over to the Taylored Expressions Blog and leave a comment for a chance to win this amazing stamp set!!

Avery Elle: Sending You

Hi – here with a quick post to share a card made using the gorgeous sentiment set Sending You along with probably one of my favourite Avery Elle sets EVER,  Surf’ Up.  I thought the “Good Vibes” sentiment was perfect to go with the campervan and that whole hippy/festival vibe!  Being a family of festival lovers I know I’d appreciate this card!!

Sending You 1

I’m getting VERY excited about the new release that’s coming next month from Avery Elle!  There’s LOTS of exciting things afoot and I think you’re going to be totally blown away when you see some of the amazing new stamp designs and dies.

Thanks for stopping by,

Smile!

As I was sitting at my craft desk I spotted a little die cut camera I had assembled some time ago using the MFT Cute Cameras 2 die-namics.  Remembering there was a fun challenge going on over at Moxie Fab World called Clicking Cameras I thought I’d put the wee guy to use and here’s what I came up with:

See that gorgeous patterned paper that looks like a bokeh effect (well, that’s what it reminds me of anyway) – keep a close eye over at Avery Elle over the next couple of weeks to see where it came from – can’t say any more right now other than “WOW” (shhhh)!

Thanks for dropping by x
