Hi everyone, back today with a card using the fantastic Simply Said: Happy stamp set and (fantastic) word die from the brand new Summer release at Avery Elle. Did you manage to join in the blog hop over the weekend? Amazing creations from the team huh?
I’ve gone quite CAS with this card as I think the rainbow HAPPY sentiment pretty much takes centre-stage! I cut thin strips of Avery Elle cardstock and adhered them together with tape before running it through my BigShot with the HAPPY die. I cut the word again from a panel of white cs along with a smattering of stars (the dies are from the Storybook Elle-ments collection). It was a fiddly exercise but I then inlaid the rainbow word into the negative space on the white panel and then popped the panel onto a white A2 base with foam adhesive. The birthday sentiment is from Simply Said: Happy stamp set.
