The Clearly Besotted March Release sneak peaks are HERE – YAY!!!!

Teaser Time

Ok, I think that is a personal best for “length of blog post titles” there!!  YES, it’s the 2nd of the month which means it’s time to officially start the sneaky peaks of what’s to come in the March release from Clearly Besotted Stamps.  Stephanie has done it again – 6 amazing stamp sets and dies and they are all AWESOME!!!  Today I’m highlighting my favourite of the bunch – Fabulous Fuchsias!  I adore this set – fuchsias are one of my all time favourite plants (and they remind me of my dad who loves them too).  The colour options with this set are endless but I have gone for traditional, true-to-nature colours on my two cards for today.

especially for youAnd a pretty in pink one too:

Have A Great DayThey are all glittery in real life (nothing escapes my clear Wink of Stella brush these days) but it doesn’t show in the photos sadly!!  This set has some love sentiments and font combinations too – I just LOVE it!!

Well make sure you pop back tomorrow for some more peaks and don’t forget to check out the rest of the DT.   We also have the amazing Lucy Abrahams and Jo Neville as guest designers – yippeee – love their blogs – go check em out!!

Thought I’d share this over at my new favourite challenge blog too – The Card Concept where the current challenge is to use a floral theme.  These both fall into my comfort zone style – Clean and Layered (I think!!)

Case Study #180

It’s sadly my last week as a guest DT over at the Case Study Challenge (sniff).  It’s been an honour casing the wonderful Danielle Flanders – she is such a sweet and talented lady and I couldn’t have had a better month to be guesting.

Geometric Rose

Did you know that Steph has just added some amazing new stand-alone dies to the Clearly Besotted store??  Well, now you do!!  She has described them as her “staples” – her “go-to” shapes and so thought it fitting to have them available in her store.  And boy am I glad she did!  They are so fun – I had a play with one of them last night – the Large Geometric Rose.  I thought I’d play with a few colours and came up with this bold flower design – isn’t it cool?

Geometric flower

The sentiment is from A Little Sentimental – if you don’t have this set then you NEED to get it NOW!!  I curved the stamp on my block and stamped it 4 times to go around the flower.  This week’s Card Concept challenge is to “Use a Floral theme” so I am sharing this with the girls over there.  I don’t classify my style as “clean and graphic”very often but I’m pretty sure this is where this card would fit!!!
