25 Days of Christmas Tags … Avery Elle

AAAAnnnd I’m back with another couple of tags and playing along with Tracey McNeely and the annual 25 Days of Christmas Tags event.  This time though I’m joining in with Avery Elle and my gorgeous, talented teamies over there!  If you missed my other post using Simon Says Stamp goodies check it out HERE!

I started by die-cutting a couple of tags from the Postage Stamp Die collection – love the pierced border on these dies.  To decorate the tags I used the North Pole Pals and the Dear Santa sets (along with a sentiment from Retro Ornaments – still love this font).  The red spotty strip is just some washi tape I’ve had kicking about since forever!

Avery Elle … Kitsch Christmas

Hey!  I’m sharing a card over on the Avery Elle Blog today featuring one of the sets I designed for the Fall release this year.  I can’t deny I LOVE how this set turned out and I am so pleased that lots of people seem to love it too.

To frame my main image I used the Sweet Scallops die collection – I like how this adds to the retro feel of this card.  I used distress inks to add a bit of colour around the card edges and on the oval panel and finished with a few little stars and sentiment from Retro Ornaments.

Oh, and for those who have been asking – there’s a restock of all stamps due in the store at the end of the week – yay!!

Avery Elle … Holiday Glass and Christmas Packages

Hey there!  I have a couple of cards up on the Avery Elle blog today featuring more of the Fall 2016 release.  First up is a card made with the gorgeous Christmas Packages set that I’ve teamed with the fabulous sentiment set, Comfort and Joy.  To frame it I’ve used the Postage Stamp die – such a useful set!

Next up is the Holiday Glass set.  I stamped the poinsettia image twice so I could pop up the second one and add a bit of dimension.
