I’m doing double-duty on the Avery Elle blog today sharing cards created with some amazing Avery Elle stamps and dies. The first features the Extraordinary stamp set. I created the background using Distress Oxide Inks and coloured the cute narwhal with Copics.
The next card features the Cool Treats and Modern Alpha sets. A coating of Glossy Accents really brings those popsicles to life!
Oops – this should’ve been on my blog yesterday but here I am with a card using the gorgeous Bubbles set from Avery Elle. I broke out my new Prismacolour pencils for this one – love them! The watery background was made using Distress Oxide inks on the back of vellum – I don’t think it’ll dry but it’s on the back so it won’t matter anyway!! Hey there! It’s Monday so I’m over on the Avery Elle Blog today with a couple of cards using some fun Summer release designs to get you in the mood for the impending holiday season! On both cards today I used different elements from various sets just highlighting how well they all work together!! Both cards use the same bright, tropical colour palette and similar combination of images but both look completely different in the end result. The images are coloured with Copics with touches of Glossy Accents and Nuvo Drops for extra dimension.
Don’t know about you but I could really go a nice cocktail right now (it’s 5 o’clock somewhere, right?)
