Avery Elle … Indigo

Hey there. I’m over on the Avery Elle Blog today with a card featuring the gorgeous Indigo stamp set paired up with one of my favourite Avery Elle stamps – the shark from Sea-Prise!

I created a panel for the front of the card by stamping the border stamps from the Indigo set all together in Versamark then heat embossed in white. I then blended some of my favourite Distress Oxide inks over the embossing for a resist effect.

Next I stamped the shark using Fog dye ink and coloured him in using Copics before die-cutting him.

To finish I stamped the Happy Birthday sentiment from Banner Bits and layered this up with some patterned paper and some washi tape.

The last 10 Minute Craft Dash of the year!!

Hey everyone! Lordy – has it been 2 weeks since I posted a card on my blog?? I’ve been so busy these last weeks but all my Christmas prep is now done and I’m as organised as I can be! Phew!! The kids break up from school for the holidays tomorrow so it’s going to be fun all the way to the big day now!

The card I’m sharing {sniff} is my last one as a DT member for the 10 Minute Craft Dash Challenge {sob}. The current DT term is coming to an end and I just want to say a HUGE big thank you to Paulina for giving me the chance to be part of such an awesome team. The Craft Dash is such a fun concept and I really hope Paulina decides to pick it up again in the new year.

10 Minute Craft Dash #31

Hi, here sharing my card for the latest 10 Minute Craft Dash Challenge. Firstly I apologise for the quality of the photograph. I spent most of the day yesterday with no internet and didn’t get time to get my photo taken until very late! I might try and retake it in better light!

The colours for this challenge are very festive so I had to use the Come All Ye Faithful set from PTI again! This time the challenge is sponsored by Lawn Fawn who have a fabulous prize up for grabs!!. Can’t wait to see what you come up with!
