In Print – Clearly Besotted

Teaser Time

Hello again!  Another day of Clearly Besotted teasers here and today I’m sharing a sneak peak at the AMAZING In Print stamp set.  This is the most adorable set EVER!  I just love it.  The concept was created by Steph’s little girl Jasmine – woo hoo Jas!  There is a thumbprint stamp and then lots of little critter faces that you can add to create the most adorable little creatures – perfect for cards for children and so easy to use.  I made these three little (4-bar size) note cards in no time at all.

Mmmmmm… donuts!

Teaser Time

Hello again – I’m back with another peek at what’s coming up in the January 2015 release from Clearly Besotted.  Today I’m sharing a couple of cards I made using the With Sprinkles stamp and die collections.  This is a fun set featuring lots of cookie and donut images and as the name suggest – sprinkles!  The font Steph used for the sentiments is gorgeous and goes perfectly with the design.

I created a bunch of donuts and cookies and stamped them before slapping on a good dollop of glossy accents to give them that lovely glazed look – mmmmmm!

Well I’ll be back again tomorrow with yet more samples but please remember to pop along to the rest of the design team (and our fabulous guest teamie, Anita) for lots more inspiration!

Hic!!

Hello and happy new year!  I’m here with my first post of 2015 and it happens to be day one of the January 2015 release teasers from Clearly Besotted.  The release goes live at 10pm on 5th January but Steph and the rest of the design team will be sharing some projects up till then featuring the fabulous new stamps and dies.

Today I’m focusing on the gorgeous Je’taime stamp set and dies.  This set has so many uses – I LOVE the Eiffel Tower image and champagne bottle images!

J'taime 1

I used a Tim Holtz sponge applicator with Gold Delicata ink and sponged an area on the card panel and then added a few drops of Heidi Swapp Gold Lame spritz to add big dots of gold (it’s meant to represent the champagne bubbles!!).  The bottles are a 2-step design so I stamped them first in Jungle pigment ink (Avery Elle) and then the labels in Gold Delicata.  This scene is a good representation of a typical Valentine’s day for hubby and me – plenty of Prosecco flowing!!  (The “hic” by the way is stamped using the Avery Elle Ell’s Alpha’s stamps – it’s not in the set).

My second card features the Eiffel Tower image and bit more more ink blending!  This time I used Picked Raspberry and Spun Sugar Distress inks and some Stuio Calico spray shine .

I’ll be back tomorrow with more sneak peeks at this month’s fantastic line up of new products but in the meantime make sure you visit the rest of the design team to see their amazing creations.  We are also being joined this month by the sweet Anita Bowden (Neet and Crafty) so please pop by and see her stunning samples too x
