When I saw that this week’s Make it Monday technique was paper piecing I knew I had to join in! I love paper piecing but it is time-consuming and a wee bit fiddly – so I often don’t do it! However, it has been in my head to paper piece the castle image from Little Princess ever since I got it so I thought this would be the perfect occasion!
I had so much fun with this card and have all the little bits of castle that didn’t go on this card sitting in a pile so I may just make a few more while I’m at it! Doesn’t the font go beautifully with this design too? I am going to make so much use of that sentiment set (Happy Days) from Clearly Besotted – it’s SOO useful !!
What a sweet, birthday card. Very cute.
I love this! Don’t have this stampset, but you’ve given me stamp envy! Beautiful piecing.
So pretty Caryn! xx
Caryn, this is beautiful! You were so right – this is a perfect image for it. I love how soft and sweet it looks, floating among the clouds!

Wow – thanks Taheerah – I think I’m actually in danger of paper piecing anything that moves – that was one of the most therapeutic cards I’ve made in ages!!
